How do I return an item to Vintage Ski World?

We will refund the amount paid for any product, minus the shipping fees, within 30 days of delivery: If it is repackaged properly and returned to us in the excellent condition that it was initially shipped to you.

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Our posters and photos need to be handled with care so they are not 'dinged' with small dents, while being handled. The posters and photos need to be re-wrapped in the tissue paper that they were initially wrapped in, so as to keep them from being damaged during transport in the tube. The tube needs to be tapped shut, so it will not open during shipping. Please use a return shipping method, like Priority Mail, or First Class Mail with tracking, so the package is not lost during the return shipment.
