1930s Native American Vintage Wooden Snowshoes
These snowshoes were made in the 1930s by Native Americans in the Northeastern United States; you can tell by the quality and tightness of the weave compared to highly manufactured snowshoes during the time. They also used nails and bent them over instead of using rivets on the tails. This is a beautiful example of a Native American pair of snowshoes, and is one of the finest pairs we currently have.
