|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

|What Payment Options Can Be Used by International Shoppers in Vintage Ski World's Shopping Cart?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. These options include:
The 4 major types of Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
Plus the options of: PayPal, Money Order and Check by Mail.
Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
|When will my order ship; What are my shipping charges?
International Shipping Info, including Duties & Fees:
Our site provides the International USPS and International FedEx shipping options. You may select from the website's International Shipping options at checkout.
Our site's Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, by our live cart. To use our Shipping options, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered International Shipping choices and their prices.
We will ship your order within 24 hours after we receive payment from you, except on weekends or unless it is stated differently on the specific products that you ordered, or in a message at the time that you are selecting your shipping options.
If your order was shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, then the Stamps.com program that we use to generate your USPS label, will email you the USPS tracking number as soon as your label is created. If your order was shipped via FedEx International, then the FedEx program that we use to generate your FedEx label, will email you the FedEx tracking number as soon as your label is created.
Each Country assesses Duties and Fees differently, when receiving packages from the USA, due to the wide range of trade agreements between Countries. We at Vintage Ski World, like almost all online stores, only charge you the shipping fees needed to cover our actual shipping and handling expenses. Each customer will need to pay the Duties and other Fees assessed by your Country. Many Countries charge no additional fees, but if you do not know how your Country's Custom Office handles shipments from the USA, you may want to call and check with them before purchasing your products.

|What is your International Return Policy at Vintage Ski World?
Vintage Ski World will refund the amount paid for any product, minus the shipping fees, within 30 days of purchase: If it is repackaged properly and returned to us in the excellent condition that it was initially shipped to you.
Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Our posters and photos need to be handled with care so they are not 'dinged' with small dents, while being handled. The posters and photos need to be re-wrapped in the tissue paper that they were initially wrapped in, so as to keep them from being damaged during transport in the tube. The tube needs to be tapped shut, so it will not open during shipping. Please use a return shipping method, like Priority Mail that can be tracked, so the package in not lost during the return shipment.
