Look for the logo to shop the products that Qualify for Free Shipping. If your order of Qualified Items totals $99 or more, your order ships FREE anywhere in the USA! We are not able to extend our Free Shipping on the Skis, Ski Boots, Ski Poles, Snowshoes, (due to their size) or the Throw Pillows, (which are Drop-Shipped for us).
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where Domestic shipments will be offered either USPS or FedEx Shipping choices and their prices.
Vintage Ski World attempts to ship all orders within 24 hours of your placing the order and we receive your payment. This of course has the exception of weekends, or unless it is stated differently on the specific products that you have ordered, or in a message at the time that you are selecting your shipping options. Once we ship your order, our website automatically sends you an email letting you know that your order was shipped.
If your order was shipped via USPS Priority Mail, then the Stamps.com program that we use to generate your USPS label, will send you the USPS tracking number as soon as your label is created. If your order was shipped via FedEx, you can then log into your Account to see your tracking number and Invoice.
If you have decided to check out Anonymously, then you will be unable to log back into your account to see your FedEx tracking number. If you would like your FedEx tracking number please call us at 1-800-332-6323, or email us at email@example.com.
Domestic shipments will be sent via the US Post Office or FedEx depending on your selection at the time of check out.

How do I return an item to Vintage Ski World?
We will refund the amount paid for any product, minus the shipping fees, within 30 days of purchase: If it is repackaged properly and returned to us in the excellent condition that it was initially shipped to you.
Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Our posters and photos need to be handled with care so they are not 'dinged' with small dents, while being handled. The posters and photos need to be re-wrapped in the tissue paper that they were initially wrapped in, so as to keep them from being damaged during transport in the tube. The tube needs to be tapped shut, so it will not open during shipping. Please use a return shipping method, like Priority Mail, or First Class Mail with tracking, so the package is not lost during the return shipment.
