1950's Anderson and Thompson Vintage Downhill SkisJørgen Aaland experimented with making a laminated ski, a ski made up of multiple layers of wood glued together. He Realized that the manufacturing of laminated skis was complex so Aaland approached Ray Anderson who was a skier and President of a furniture manufacturing company. Anderson joined with Ben Thompson to start the Anderson & Thompson Ski Company in 1933, later known as the A&T Ski Company. They implemented Aaland’s ideas and began manufacturing laminated skis in Seattle Washington. Length - 6' 8"
