2000s Aspen Snowmass Snowboard Grand Prix Bib #65
These bibs are from a US Chevy Truck Snowboard Grand Prix that took place in the early 2000s in Aspen. Tournaments like these generally happened before the sport of snowboarding had completely taken off and been accepted by ski areas around the world (well, almost - we're looking at you, Alta, Deer Valley and Mad River Glen). Aspen itself didn't even open its doors to snowboarders until the winter of 2001/02, but we've come a long way, and the influence of snowboarding on skiing is still rippling over 20 years later. You can grab this bib to frame to have a nice piece of memorabilia on your wall, or you could give it as a cool gift to a snowboarding friend. You could also wear it on the mountain if you want.
