We preserve the history of skiing, by finding classic images and ski equipment that enliven the memories, stories, joy and passion of skiing.

As a small business, it is really important to us that you find what you are looking for and are happy with the products that you order from us. We also at times exercise our "Powder Clause", which means, if we get an awesome snowfall, we may just exit the office and head for the slopes. Additionally, we may be off on 'Buying Trips', so as to stay stocked with new images and ski equipment for you to purchase. We promise we will return your calls and emails.
BACKGROUND of Vintage Ski World's Owner, Richard Allen
Richard Allen, founder of Vintage Ski World, LLC, has gradually acquired one of the largest private collections of antique ski equipment, clothing, posters and memorabilia in the world.
"I come from a skiing family, -- 'many generations' starting in Norway. Skiing has been a huge part of my life since I can remember, and running a ski related business as unique as Vintage Ski World is a dream come true. I love my job!"
