Ski Tahoe Throw Pillow

Beautiful hand embroidered Throw Pillow, with black velvet piping, highlights all of the special places for Skiing in the beautiful Tahoe.  This original design celebrates places in and around Tahoe.  Some names include: Kirkwood, Sierra, Homewood, Heavenly Valley, "Tahoe Jessie", Tahoe City, North Star, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Sugarbowl, Truckee, Mt. Rose, Incline Village, South Lake Tahoe, Spooner Lake., Donner, to name a few.

This Pillow is entirely hand embroidered on a light tea-color cotton cover that buttons off for cleaning. Amazingly it can take up to one week to embroider one pillow! It is also unique in nature since each artisan incorporates a certain flair and signature to his/her work. It is accented with black velvet piping.

The Pillow measures 19 in. x 19 in. A down-like polyfill form is included.

Love this pillow! (By the way it's Tahoe Tessie, not "Jessie" - the legend has it that a rarely-seen creature of huge size lives in the lake.)
