Tommy Waltner in a Rossignol Classic Ski Advertisement Photo

In 1978 Tommy Waltner was a great skier to put on a Rossignol Ski Advertisement if you wanted to sell skis. He is shown his in this ad displaying his "I love to ski!" attitude and his boyish good looks - which we all know is an important part of skiing - looking great! Tommy worked for Rossignol as a Rep from 1979 to 1982.  He also  helped set up the reception area for the 1980 Lake Placid Winter Olympics.  He is also well know for his support of bringing extensive attention to the Lupus disease.  In the 1999 - 2000 ski season in Aspen he preformed his front flips each week on Aspen Mountain. He preformed his Loops for Lupus throughout the season, which also featured a Loopathon.  He established the Guinness World Record for 32 front flips in 10 minutes, at 50 years old in 2000 and raised $30,000.00 for the Lupus disease, plus heightened attention of the disease.
