Description   This photo was created by Peter Greene, as an advertisement for Metro Wax, which was a special racing wax, used in the 1950’s. The stylized image of this ad was created long before Photoshop, with the original ‘cut and paste’ methods. Characteristic for the 1950’s we see a beautiful female skier waiting for her good looking skier ‘friend’ to wax her skis, while she looks on with admiration.   Price displayed is for 8 x 10 inches, 11 x 14 inches also available.
